This legendary figure, which stood for great bravery, strength, and intelligence, was often erected outside the gates of palaces and temples to ward off bad spirits and provide protection. Lamasu is , then, a power that unites the four components of perfection—the lion for bravery, the bull for strength, the eagle for glory, and the man for wisdom—a notion that has spread across many civilizations as a result of people`s trust in divine providence. Lamasu is regarded as  a significant mythical figure in Mesopotamian antiquity, particularly in the Assyrian culture. It`s frequently characterized as a hybrid, a cross between a man, a bull, and a wing.  Lamasu`s appearance: The Body: Lamasu`s body is normally formed like a solid bull, with strong legs and keen claws.The Head: Lamasu has a human-like, often masculine head with prominent features and a beard. The Wings: Lamassu`s wide, powerful wings are a representation of his capacity to soar and defend.The Stature: Lamasu`s stature and power may be enhanced by the possibility that his feet resemble those of a lion.Due to the abundance of  symbols, Lamassu has the following major connotations:* Strength and protection: The winged bull`s primary role was to guard revered sites and notable individuals. * Wisdom: The winged bull represents wisdom and knowledge, since it was thought to be the defender of human knowledge. His powerful might scared off foes and bad spirits.* Power and prestige: The winged bull, which was erected at the gates of monarchs` palaces, was a representation of the authority and status of the royal family.* Fertility: The winged bull was formerly thought to be a sign of creative force and has  been linked to growth and fertility in several civilizations. * Civilizational symbol: One of Mesopotamia`s most significant cultural icons, the winged bull represents the advancement of ancient civilizations` artistic and architectural styles.* Religious symbol: Being seen as a bridge between the realms of the gods and humans, the winged bull had significant religious meaning.* Artistic symbol: The winged bull sculptures are regarded as a unique masterpiece due to their exquisite beauty and accuracy in painting.  تتطويرالإخبارية / أ.د رياض خليل التميميرئيس جامعة الامام جعفر الصادق (ع)لمحات عن علم اللغة الاعلامي Media Linguisticsيُعرّف علم لغة الاعلام كونه واحداً من الفروع الحديثة في علم اللغة (Linguistics) الذي يتناول استخدامات اللغة في وسائل الاعلام والاتصال الجماهيري المعاصرة كالاذاعة والتلفزيون والصحافة والعلاقات العامة اضافة إلى الوسائل الأخرى من خلال شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي الرقمية عبر المواقع الالكترونية الدولية.تعد اللغة أداة للتواصل الاجتماعي ووسيلة للتعبير عن الأفكار والأغراض فهي عالم رحب ووطن فسيح يمارس فيه الانسان حرية التعبير والتفكير كما أن لغة كل أمة هي وعاء فكرها ومستودع علومها وهي المرآة التي تعكس مستواها الثقافي والعلمي وموروثها الاجتماعي.لقد انصرف المفكرون وفلاسفة علم اللغة عبر العصور إلى الاهتمام بدراسة وتصنيف وظائف اللغة في المجتمع الانساني فكانت البداية مع العالم اللغوي الألماني (بولر 1933) الذي قدم أول نموذج سيميائي ثلاثي لوظائف اللغة وهي: التشخيصي (التمثيلي) والتعبيري (المشاعر والأحاسيس) والطلبي (المناشدة) وتلك تقوم على كون اللغة منظومة من العلاقات المترابطة ذات دلالات رمزية سيميائية.أما (رومان ياكوبسون 1969) فقد تحدث عن خمسة وظائف وهي: الوظيفة التعبيرية والوظيفة الاجتماعية والوظيفة الشعرية الجمالية والوظيفة الخطابية والوظيفة الاستعلامية التي تتطلب ثلاث عناصر أساسية (المرسل والمتلقي و السياق العام للواقعة) ,ومن جانب آخر فقد حصر عالم اللغة الإنكليزي (هاليدي 1970)وظائف اللغة في ثلاث مكونات أساسية وهي: الفكرة ,العلاقات الشخصية المتبادلة ,النص الخطابي بنوعيه (المكتوب) و(المسموع).إن اللغة بوصفها نظاماً من العلاقات والرموز والإشارات تتسم بوظيفة التواصل بين مستعمليهاعبر مجموعة أنساق متنوعة من خلال هذه العلاقات والرموزوالإشارات كونها من أهم وظائفها ,وبحكم كون اللغة أداة اتصال اجتماعي لا غني عنها في مختلف مجالات الحياةومنابعها المعرفية المتشعبة ,ظهرت حقول معرفية جديدة في علم اللغة تتجلى فيها أهمية وظائف اللغة في حياتنا اليومية ,مثلاً: اللغة العلمية ,اللغة الأدبية ,اللغة الفنية ,اللغة الحاسوبية ,اللغة الاقتصادية ومنها كذلك لغة السياسة ولغة الصحافة واللغة الاعلامية ولما كانت وسائل الاعلام هي الأهم بين وسائل نشر المعرفة الانسانية ,فقد اصبحت لغة الاعلام بمرونتها وانسجامها مع متطلبات العصر الأداة الأولى للتثقيف والتعلم خارج نطاق المؤسسات التعليمية التقليدية.ومن ذلك نستنتج أن الاهتمام بدراسة علم لغة الاعلام في المؤسسات الجامعية وكليات الاعلام من أولوياتالنهوض بلغة الاعلام من النواحي الصرفية والبلاغية والتداولية والخطابية والسميائية والتي تعد من أساسيات علم اللغة في حقول الاعلام المتنوعة حيث إن الاعلام هو المرآة التي تنعكس عليها مختلف التفاعلات والأحداث الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية مع تسارع الأحداث فأنه يمثل الوجهة الحضارية الأولى للغة والمجتمع.لقد أظهرت التقارير الصادرة من الأمم المتحدة حديثاً أن 50% من سكان الارض يتحدثون ثماني لغات من أصل ستة آلاف لغة تستخدم اليوم في أنحاء العالم وأن اللغة العربية ضمن هذه اللغات الثماني ,مما يبرهن بأن اللغة العربية من أطوع اللغات البشرية وأيسرها لمختلف الاستعمالات العلمية التقنية والرياضية والحاسوبية ,كما تتميز بأنها الافضل من حيث الأسلوب الفني الرفيع وجزالة التعبير عن طيف واسع من المعاني والدلالات الفظية التي تسهل عملية الترجمة من اللغات الأخرى إليها .مما يستوجب الاحاطة الكاملة بعلم لغة الاعلام لأهميته في اغناء اللغة الاعلامية بمختلف العمليات الابداعية وتوسيع دلالات الالفاظ وابتكار الصيغ الملائمة في سياقات التخاطب انسجاماً مع خصائص علوم اللغة العربية.

The Prime Minister`s media office stated in a statement: "The Prime Minister received a delegation from the American company Apple, in the presence of the Chairman of the Communications and Media Commission Ali Al-Moayyad, and during the meeting, common topics were discussed." The Prime Minister said, according to the statement, that "Iraq is witnessing transformations in the digital reality today, and he spoke about the work of the Supreme Committee for Digital Transformation in Iraq, headed by him, in addition to other committees working in the same field," noting that "Iraq has transformed into a successful investment environment in which many major companies operate, which requires rapid digital keeping pace." The Prime Minister stressed - according to the statement - "the importance of working to raise the levels of digital and technological capabilities of young people, in a way that expands job and employment opportunities and works to implement government programs aimed at completing all transactions, through an integrated digital environment." The statement continued that "the company`s delegation proposed working within the framework of contributing to developing the capabilities of young people, and paying attention to developers in the fields of technology in cooperation with universities, as well as registering phones entering Iraq in a way that makes them at competitive prices, and the importance of the company`s products from phones, because they support the digital transformations of "With economy and money."

متابعة تطوير الاخبارية /أكد رئيس مجلس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني أن العراق يشهد اليوم تحولات في الواقع الرقمي.وذكر المكتب الإعلامي لرئيس مجلس الوزراء في بيان:  أن "رئيس الوزراء استقبل وفد شركة  أبل الأمريكية، بحضور رئيس هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات علي المؤيد، وجرى، خلال اللقاء، مناقشة المواضيع المشتركة".وقال رئيس مجلس الوزراء، بحسب البيان، إن "العراق يشهد اليوم تحولات في الواقع الرقمي، وتحدث عن عمل اللجنة العليا للتحول الرقمي في العراق برئاسته، بالإضافة إلى لجان أخرى تعمل في ذات المضمار"، مشيراً إلى  "تحول العراق لبيئة استثمارية ناجحة تعمل فيها الكثير من الشركات الكبرى، وهو ما يتطلب مواكبة رقمية متسارعة".وأكد رئيس الوزراء - حسب البيان - على "أهمية العمل على رفع مستويات القدرة الرقمية والتكنولوجية للشباب، بما يوسع فرص العمل والتوظيف ويعمل على تطبيق برامج الحكومة الهادفة إلى إنجاز جميع التعاملات، من خلال بيئة رقمية متكاملة".وتابع البيان أن "وفد الشركة اقترح العمل في إطار الإسهام بتطوير قدرات الشباب، والاهتمام بالمطوّرين في حقول التكنولوجيا بالتعاون مع الجامعات، وكذلك تسجيل الهواتف التي تدخل للعراق بما يجعلها تكون بأسعار تنافسية، ولأهمية منتجات الشركة من الهواتف، لأنها تدعم التحولات الرقمية الخاصة بالاقتصاد والمال".

The Prime Minister`s media office stated in a statement that "the Prime Minister received the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, at the beginning of the Iranian President`s first official foreign visit after assuming his duties last July, where an official reception ceremony was held at Baghdad International Airport, and the ceremony included playing the national anthems of each country, and a review of the honor guard representing the various branches of our armed forces." The statement added that "the Prime Minister will hold extensive talks with the Iranian President, who is accompanied on the visit by an expanded delegation of Iranian government ministers, which will focus on developments in the region and the events in Gaza, in addition to discussing strengthening economic, security and trade cooperation files, and partnership in a number of development sectors." He added, "The two sides will sponsor the signing ceremony of a package of memoranda of understanding in the field of tax cooperation, and in the fields of agriculture, natural resources, communications, social protection, youth and sports, education, tourism, cultural and artistic exchange, cooperation in the field of antiquities, as well as in the field of vocational training, development of skilled manpower, and cooperation between chambers of commerce."

Ports: 3 million, 445 thousand, and 627 visitors entered Iraq during the Arbaeen pilgrimage

Follow Tatweer News Agency /The Border Ports Authority announced today, Monday, the entry of 3 million, 445 thousand, and 627 visitors to commemorate the Arbaeen pilgrimage during 20 days through 10 border ports. The official spokesman for the authority, Alaa Al-Din Al-Qaisi, said that "the number of foreign visitors arriving in the country reached 3 million, 445 thousand, and 627 visitors since the first of Safar, corresponding to the 6th of August, until yesterday, corresponding to the 20th of Safar, corresponding to the 25th of August." He added that "the number of foreign visitors departing during the above period reached 2 million, 807 thousand, and 148 visitors," noting that "this was done through the ports of Safwan, Shalamcheh, Al-Shaib, Zurbatiyah, Al-Mundhiriyah, Al-Qaim, Baghdad Airport, Najaf Airport, Haj Omran and Bashmagh."
